Hello, thank you for asking about my experience with sono bello overland park office. I would like to first commend Jessica. She was the first person that I met with. She was so kind, knowledgeable and found ways to explain to me and my mother (sometimes difficult but my support system) all of our concerns. The front desk staff was kind and relaxed which also was awesome. The surgery was scheduled on a Saturday which was awesome for me since I come from 3 hours away. Pre o.o day went smooth, the nurse that helped is no longer with you but she was kind and informative also. The day of surgery was so easy for both myself and my mom. The fact that I was not put under and was awake was one thing that I thought was going to be the scariest however Dr O. Was phenomenal in easing those fears. She just seemed to know that I use humor to deflect my nervousness and she made me laugh and eased that in the most natural way. The Dr. Called while we were still on way home to check on us, answered questions we had then and reassured us to call any time we had questions. My pain was minimal considering I had been warned by friends that have had skin removal or tummy tucks that pain is horrific, I was so surprised. I will say that the majority was I was just tired and that was about it. I now have had 2 follow ups with Jerry, she is great the first one she was just unsure of a spot on my ex site so she had a doctor come and check it out. The second visit went smooth and Jerry reassured me that I am not fully healed but that it is looking great. I do look forward to the final results but that comes with time. The actual sono bello staff at Overland Park is the most welcoming and kind staff I have ever met. Thank you so much for my life changing experience.

The consultation was excellent.
The consultation was excellent, actually had two other appointments elsewhere and decided right at the consultation that I was going to get it done ASAP. I cancelled my other appointments with other places. I was even considering bypass surgery. Everyone was nice and I was treated very well. I do want to mention that the pain and the amount of pain was down played. Maybe it's so I wouldn't be afraid or back down or just that everyone is different. But I was not ready to go back to work in the 4 days like promised. But I own my own business and I am the only worker, so I had to go to work few days after procedure. I couldn't bend, laugh barely walk lol I was a mess. I was in pain this whole time. It's just letting up after 6 weeks. So please let people know that they may need like a week if a lot of fat is removed. Also, I received conflicting info on when I could return to the gym. I may have went back to soon n I felt like I was gonna die. But all in all, I already see results so hopeful after the 6 months my stomach is flatter and my back stays roll free lol.

Friendly, polite and professional.
Everyone is friendly, polite and professional from the first phone call with Jenna to the actual procedure with Dr Brownstein. Jenna, Alexis and Petra did an excellent job with scheduling and billing. Diane was very thorough at my initial visit and made me feel comfortable being there. Jamie RN was extremely friendly and professional, she made me feel relaxed and confident that I made the right decision. Dr. Brownstein was thorough, nice, explained everything to be expected in detail. The manager Taisha, runs an exceptional office keeping me well informed of what was going on before I was taken back. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and highly recommend them.

Yes I would tell others about Sonobello. My experience with them was good. The staff is nice they explain everything very well and take care of you. My surgery went well also.

It was amazing and I can't believe the result.
It was amazing and I can't believe the result. I pass by the mirror every morning and can't believe the new me. The outcome out weigh the surgery any day. I would recommend this surgery to any who needs it any day. The Doctors and the staff are amazing. Won't LIE it hurt initially but if I had to do it again. I would I suggest that if anyone is going to get a body contour do it in the winter so your friends are amazed in the spring.

My consultation meeting with the doctor and staff has been nothing less but amazing. They told me everything I have to know about the procedure and gave me some useful advice. The office is also well maintained and has a great atmosphere.

All I can say is that all the people I have encountered at Sonobello were so amazing. They are so nice and you can tell that they know what they are doing. I never felt uncomfortable during my entire experience at their facility. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

Sonobello has the most caring and compassionate doctors, nurses, and office staff. Everyone is fantastic. The procedure itself is worth the money. The results were immediate to me as soon as I took off the bandages. I am so glad that I chose Sonobello to provide me with the look that I have been trying to achieve for many years!!

All staff was very respectful
From the beginning everybody was very nice and professional. My consultant, Tova, was very discreet and very honest about procedures, processes, and outcomes. She did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. The staff and doctor were very pleasant as well and I didn't feel like I was being judged or misled. All staff was very respectful and courteous! My results are wonderful and I am still watching my body transform into what I did not think was possible before. Thank you all!

Tova was a pleasure to work with. She was very clear about what I could realistically expect for my results. She explained that after my recent weight loss there could potentially be some flabby remnants. Dr. Brownstein is a very kind, caring man that knows his stuff! I felt comfortable with the medical staff almost immediately. So far, my skin has bounced back better than I would have expected and I am only 2 weeks out of surgery with little to no discomfort. I just had a smartlipo... Waist, hip, upper abdomen and lower abdomen. The first day it was very difficult to me to get up, the second day just a discomfort and the third day still with discomfort but with more facility to move around. Four day I start to work as a housekeeping it was a little difficult to bend out to clean the bath tub but did. Is been already ten days after my smartlipo still feeling numbness in some areas of the procedure still feeling some discomfort but nothing that i can't manage. All i can said is that I'm happy! With ten days only I can see a big deference already of course still need all the swollen to go down so all I can do is be patient. Thanks sonobello!

I would recommend Dr. Brownstein.
I'm 6 days post surgery and am still in the healing process. Bobbie Martino the nurse was very patient and personable. She was there throughout the entire process and put my mine to rest. Dr. Brownstein was the doctor who performed the procedure and he made you feel like you was his # 1 client. He listened to your concerns and spoke to you with genuine intuitiveness. If you were uncomfortable at any point he would immediately try to make you comfortable. His bedside manner was impeccable. I truly believe that he values his work and wants not only you to be a satisfied customer and feel good about the end results but he wants/needs to be able to say to himself "job well done". What I valued the most was Dr. Brownstein called me the night after the procedure to check on me and he made it perfectly clear that if at anytime I needed to speak with him to feel free to call and he would be available. Awesome!! If you are looking for someone who shows that care about you and their work, I would recommend Dr. Brownstein.

I will say Sono Bello exceeded my expectations! I can't thank them enough! I look fabulous!! First let me say the professionalism and considerations of my needs was evident from the start at my consultation with Jenny G. She was friendly and confident during my assessment. I was even more impressed by the staff at the Sono Bello office at the King of Prussia office where I was getting my laser lipo procedure done, everyone was friendly (smiling) and took care to explain each part of my experience. I am a registered Nurse so I know how important it is to gain a patients trust right from the start, the staff did that. The procedure itself was event free. Dr. saied Talaie has excellent bedside calmness, he talked to me the whole time, which made the experience feel easy. I didn't have much drainage, I only needed to change the dressing once, I had my procedure on Friday? I was back to work on Monday. At exactly one week I received my first post op email with more guidance and what to expect moving forward, I was grateful to have received the information and to my surprise they kept coming each week. On 12/2 week 8? I can see my six pack abs!! ( my boyfriend also noticed). My post op email said I was only 50-60% healed!!! I guess you can hear my excitement.... this is the BEST present I have given myself. Much thanks to the entire Sono Bello team. I'm saving for my next procedure (gift).

They are wonderful.
I am 67 and decided to do something for myself along with my wonderful husbands support. I called Sono Bello and they set me up with Susan (who is wonderful) for a consultation. She scheduled me to see Dr. Talaie.The girls that assisted him took very good care of me before during and after my tummy Lipo. I am 4 weeks after the procedure and I feel so much better about the way I look and fit into my clothes. Alexis at the front desk was so sweet and has excellent customer service skills as do all the staff at Sono Bello. Andrienne took excellent care of me before during and after my lift. She worked with me to set up post op appointments. It has only been a week since Dr. Back did my procedure and I am doing well.Dr. Back is so caring and gentle. I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone thinking of having body improving procedures. They are wonderful.

I already feel like a new lady
I chose Sonobello in Wayne, PA which is located 45 minute drive from my home. When I stepped into Sonobello's waiting room, I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist who really helped to make me feel at ease. After my first appointment with Bobbi Kent, a patient care consultant, I knew that my long-time longing to have a procedure done would finally become a reality. I would also like to thank my nurse, Christina Rios who also was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Last but not least, I would like to thank my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Lyle Back, who made sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure. As a result of Dr. Backs expertise and skilled hands, my results are phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I really feel good about myself. I most definitely will recommend Sonobello to anyone who is looking for some changes. A great big thank you to the staff and medical team at Sono Bello. Even at one month post-op, I already feel like a new lady and the compliments keep coming.!

From the first time I had an appointment at Sono Bello, my experience was super. Bobbi Kent was wonderful and she was there for me during my entire procedure. The office staff were more than gracious and the professional staff were so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire procedure and post-op. I cannot say enough good things about my surgeon, Dr. Lyle Back. He has to be the most personable and caring surgeon I have had ever experienced. He captured the exact look that I desired and I am very happy with the outcome of my procedure. From my experience, I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone who is looking to enhance their appearance. I certainly am a "happy camper" and you can be too.

I will treasure this experience always
From the initial consultation, I had a feeling that this experience would be magical and life changing. You did not disappoint. I am delighted and feel like a million bucks and it's only been three months. Dr. Talaie is amazing--honest, experienced and talented surgeon. He did not give me any false expectations, however, my outcome has been better than expected. I'd like to shout out Christina and Elizabeth in Philly and Christina, Bobbie, Adrienne in the King of Prussia office. Not only are these ladies gorgeous and able nurses, they are beautiful people on the inside who care about Sono Bello patients. I look forward to the next three months and beyond. I will treasure this experience always and when I'm ready for another touch up, I'll be back.

I felt so comfortable
My team was Christina G, Bobbi and Adrienne, and Dr. Brownstein - I can't say enough good things about them. I was a little scared, nervous, and excited and they just made me feel so comfortable. Dr. B was amazing. I felt so comfortable with him and he explained everything to me - answered all my questions and talked to me as long as I needed. I am so grateful for having them when doing this type of procedure.

I'm very pleased with my results so far. I seen a difference almost immediately. No more love handles :). The entire staff at Sono Bello are so pleasant. Christina was my nurse and she was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My doctor was great as well. He made sure I experienced as less pain as possible. The procedure went well. I definitely recommend Sono Bello for body contour!

What a top notch organization
What a top notch organization. What a number one professional experience I had at the Wayne pa office. No wonder Dr. Brownstein is called a "Top Doc" in his field. Never have I experienced such perfection and preciseness in a doctor before and after a procedure. He really cares about his patients. Actually, everyone in this office was excellent; especially Bobbi, my consultant and Erika my nurse. From beginning to end nothing was missed. I feel like a new women and am ready to go back for a few more touch-ups. I am a researcher by trade and had down my homework beforehand, but, never did I expect such wonderful treatment. I highly recommend SonoBello for any procedure you are looking to do, not only for the cost, but, for the wonderful results!
